Star Wars Action Figures

 

Star wars wasn’t only a huge box office hit, the star wars action figures were an enormous success among children and collectors.

Star wars was probably the first movie to make people dress up as characters to go see the later sequels.

George Lucas made the world fantasize about a land far, far away, and this resulted not only in the release of the trilogy, but also the making of a countless amount of items with the star wars theme.  Star wars lunch boxes were the ”grooviest” during the late seventies, when the first movie came out.

Star wars action figures were a must right after the movie became an icon in the late seventies, and then again in the eighties and also almost 2 decades later, when the new trilogy came out. 

In the market you may find different kinds of action figures with the movie theme, some of them are collector’s items and highly priced (something you would never think of getting your kid for Christmas), and there are other mass made products that are meant for children, and may become collectors items in a couple decades.
